My Apartment and School by popular demand

My parents keep nagging me to put up photos of my apartment and my school.  Fortunately it was a nice clear day at I was able to take nice view shots from my windows too.  I am able to see the Alps through my living room windows and our Kitchen balcony.

This is a view of our apartment building courtyard from our kitchen balcony.
The kitchen
The laundry room/2nd bathroom.  The tub could not possibly fit anyone over the age of 7 but its good to dry clothes over.  This washing machine is referred to as "damn washing machine" because it holds clothes hostage.
More alps,  I like to look at them.  I can see them through my classroom windows too but I felt weird taking pictures during class.
The kitchen from the other side.  The kitchen and hallway have sliding doors that refuse to close, but only for me.
Our living room, the couch cluttered with my stuff.  We have great high ceilings, big windows and hardwood floors.  Way better than anything UofM can offer.
This is the view out my bedroom window onto via Imbriani.
The bedroom I share with Marta and Anita.
My bed is on the right, white with black spirals.
Our bathroom.
The shower that you can't even lift your elbows in.  The shower head is actually a big faucet.
My clothes on one of the drying racks.
One entrance to my school campus.
An old water tower turned into some Avante Guard something or other.

During the lunch hour the grass is filled with students eating and playing soccer.  Its really nice.  I am taking 3 courses that add up to about 12.5 American credits.  2 full day studios that take place ones a week each.  They are 8 hours a day, 4 in the morning and 4 in the afternoon with an hour for lunch.  I am also taking 1 half day studio which is 4 hours in the morning.  3 days of class a week is very nice.  One of my full day studios is the process of making a Brand Manual.  We were assigned an Italian city that needed to be rebranded.  Throughout the class we will be designing logos, t-shirts, flyers, colors, and a bunch of other things that would be put into a book format to be used as the manual for the city to use for publications and that sort of thing.  The other full day studio is a more basic graphic process class that uses hand drawing and computer drawing to make graphics.  My half day studio is advanced graphic techniques which uses both drawing and computer skills.  Hopefully I will learn more technical skills here to make up for what U of M does not offer.

Well I don't have any other adventures planned for this weekend except maybe a museum or two.  But I will be going to Paris on March 26 for a long weekend with my cousin!  Can't wait for the Louvre!
