Pretty much the same as last week. Just kept plugging away. I'm so close to being done! I want to have the books to the printer (hopefully!) by Wednesday at the latest. I am hoping to send Susan the files for the books tomorrow to get final feedback on the accuracy. After that, I will decide on the size for the blown up map spread and write/design my reflection/introduction/process poster. I'm really looking forward to that.
I'm starting to not see real words in the books anymore. I think thats a sign that I'm almost done.
I'm really struggling with the cover and incorporating some sort of patriotic element.

Wait, I'm confused- what happened to "I want to immigrate." Is this the title for your project or for the new book?
Also, any new ideas for the patriotic element? What have you tried? How did the little star end up looking? What about turning the period in "I want to immigrate." into a circular cutout of the flag? I am happy to help you brainstorm, and/or help you look through for spelling mistakes, etc. since you're not seeing words any more...
